What makes Iron Cheese different from others?
We prioritize quality nutrition by using only the best ingredients, such as real butter, beef tallow, olive oil, ghee, and coconut oil—avoiding unhealthy oils like canola or vegetable oil. Our meals are prepared with carefully sourced seasonings and protein powders, and all produce is cleansed with apple cider vinegar to neutralize chemicals. Additionally, we use distilled water for cooking rice to ensure purity.
Do you offer meals that cater to specific dietary needs?
Yes! Iron Cheese is all Gluten-Free! Our Vertical menu is designed to be Vertical Diet friendly, low FODMAP and IBS friendly. Our Keto entrées are low in carbohydrates and rich in healthy fats to support both body and mind.
How much does your catering cost?
There are many variables such as quantity, what dishes, location and delivery date. Would you like us to keep the food warm/cold? Would you like us to serve the food? Are we supplying dishes etc? Drop offs are going to be the lowest prices. Please contact us for a quote.
